SINAMICS S200 makes servo control easier!
The latest SINAMICS S200 servo drive system launched by Siemens is an optimized and efficient system solution, which includes SINAMICS S200 servo drive, SIMOTICS S-1FL2 servo motor and Motion Connect cable. With a power range extending from 0.1kW to 7kW and various communication options such as PROFINET IRT and Burst, the system is designed to meet a wide range of standard applications. This series features an excellent performance, compact structure and simple operation!

(1) High dynamics
• 62.5 μs response time on pulse train (PTI) version
• Response time of 125 μs on PROFINET (PN) version
• 8 kHz PWM frequency
(2) Quick control
The drive system can seamlessly communicate with the controller via PROFINET IRT, data exchange and control are fast and efficient.
(3) Overload capacity
The SIMOTICS S-1FL2 servo motor has an overload capacity of up to 350%, which can cope with sudden increases in load without reducing performance or efficiency, ensuring continuous operation of the equipment and increasing productivity.
【2】Compact structure
Both servo drives and servo motors have the advantage of high power density, making the structure more compact and compact, thus saving the space occupied in the control cabinet and contributing to the design improvement of working machinery. In particular, the 200V version of the SINAMICS S200 servo drive can be installed almost close to each other (1mm apart); the 400V version can only be installed close to 10mm.

All sizes of SINAMICS S200 servo drives are equipped with an integrated brake control to consume the regenerative energy generated when the motor brakes quickly. This solution is simple, convenient and low-cost.
(2) Simple configuration
SINAMICS Startdrive supports SINAMICS S200 and the SINAMICS web server functionality has been integrated into this drive. Thanks to the large number of convenient functions in these configuration tools, the configuration of the servo drive system is easy and simple. In addition, using the advanced one-button optimization (OBT) function, the system can achieve high dynamic performance within a few seconds.

The system complies with global standards and certifications: CE, UKCA, UL, RCM, EAC, KC and SEMI47, meets safety and quality requirements around the world, and can be marketed globally.
